For some reason, we seem to be obsessed. I just read a poem, by Jaybird,
that dealt with time. That's one thing the Government can't control. But if they could they would. Biden thinks he is God. Very good post, my friend.

Six stars because this poem has such a clear view. And what a complicated poem form, nicely done, to present it. Time is a test. Yes. And when it's done, we go on to the rewards for how we managed it. If everyone could be aware of the bigger picture, earth life might be affected for the better. This poem shines God's light on the way. Time is an ongoing opportunity, and we are more than the container we live in. Poem should have some people thinking on possibilities. Picture captures the wonder of the journey.

Your swap quatrain sonnet read well, Roy.
Great job with the swap aspect in each verse.
The reversing lines worked well, the end rhymes
were good, the words and lines flowed smoothly,
and the message was clear. Yes, time is fleeting.
What one does, or doesn't do is a small step in the
larger scheme. However, that does determine one's
eternal rest. The image was a great accompaniment.

I actually tilted my head after I read the first stanza and thought, "What??? I don't get it." Then I reread and continued. Yes, I do get it. God gives us the time we need to complete His tasks. Thank you for sharing.
