I liked this! Beautiful use of imagery and it invoked mental images of various scenes in my mind. I think it added to the experience that I don't know these places. Writers write, so keep on writing! Good work!

Yes I've pretty much scraped up every particle of sand.
Yes, and painted every seashell I could find.
