The bread looks good, Leather. I don't know if it's on giant pita bread, but if you add your favorite food and roll it up---humm-- good. :) So what if it gives one gas that's what Tums are for. Good entry for the 2-4-2 Poetry Contest. Thank you for sharing.

Lol. I never thought of bread as "gastronomic triumph." But for those who cannot digest wheat, to eat it without any issues would a be a gastronomic triumph. Best wishes in the contest!
