Anger has a way of capturing all of us at some time or another. I try to keep a very even keel and not let much of anything bother me.

Nicely worded.

Your pantoum read well, Roy. The color scheme and picture
paired perfectly with your well-chosen words. You did a great
job with a complex style. Your repeated lines worked in each
verse. I agree with your words. Once one's words/actions are
heard/felt, they cannot be changed just as time cannot be rewound
to the time before that. Thanks for the notes, too.
Thanks for sharing, Jan

You're right that anger is a normal human emotion but it can cause all kinds of pain to self and others. Praise the Holy Spirit Who can help us control it. Great pantoum form.

This looks like a poem style that requires a lot of concentration and effort. I like the scripture you have chosen in your notes. Most of us get angry at times, but it is how we react to it that counts, being forgiving and not letting the anger lead us to sin.

This is a really interesting, and complicated to me, style of poetry, Roy. An angry cloak is a unique way of describing that feeling that can descend upon us all at times. Well done. Thanks for sharing. :)

Thank you for the uniquely crafted poem. This form is wonderful and so is the needed word inside. The anger of man truly does not achieve the righteous of God. Sending you my best today as always,
Sal XOs

I do understand how anger can really only hurt yourself. Jesus showed anger a few times, but it was always against evil and to show the glory of God. We could learn so much from the example He set. Thank you for sharing this poem.

This poem seemed to indicate although a person sometimes "wears an angry cloak" that emotion can cause them shame when they allow anger to take them too far as in "fury comes the pain," and the only one they hurt is themself.

A unique format with strong rhymes that include cloak/soak, storms/forms, and wind/rescind.

In Notes the omitted word needs to replace the htlm error A?AC??.

Hey Roy.
This is a well done pantoum about the need to control anger and deal with the pain it causes. I like the artwork for it shows what anger may look like in the brain and also the cracks it cause on the outside.
Keep writing and stay healthy
Joan
