Here is my last six of the week for the two of you. Although for me writing is a less passionate pursuit and more just part of who I am, I appreciate the passion each of you brings and share your appreciate for word arrangements that "sing." Rachelle, I loved your questions and responses. Michaela, your skill and passion pop off the page in your answers.

I strongly suggest that you un-bold the purple font. I found it very difficult to read. Others might give up, and your numbers might suffer. Just saying.

This is a well-written interview from two of my favorite FS writers. It was of course bubbly and fun with the ad-libbing by Rachelle. Michaela and Rachelle are two peas in a pod bursting with goodwill and positivity. It is obvious by their interaction in this interview. Two questions, "Is there anything you can't do well?" and "How do you make everything you touch so much fun?"
This was an excellent interview because you became the frame that enhanced a colorful, compelling, and intriguing portrait of Michaela. Because of you and your interview, I want to learn more (or should I say, Moore) about her and will definitely embark on an exploratory perusal of her FS portfolio in the VERY near future.
Your questions were refreshing and relatable; and successfully designed to evoke engaging answers. My hunch is that she liked them too.
Your casual style, complete with personal anecdotes and sidebars from both of you, was fun and enhanced the pace and flow of the interview. This quelled the ever-present temptation to "skim ahead" to the next question, which is a prevalent "Achilles heel" for most interviews. Instead, I found myself not wanting to miss anything; the holy grail of the written interview format. Kudos to you.
You also created value for your reader with a number of references to highly desirable reading and writing apps and resources that I, for one, will be checking out. This is also a huge plus for increased levels of reader engagement.
Best of all, Machaela Moore is my newest hero; a rockstar of writing that I want to emulate. And that is all because of you, Rachelle. Michaela now seems real and approachable. I find myself aspiring to her standards of excellence... and I did not know the first thing about her before reading your interview. Well done. Outstanding work. Thanks for sharing it with us.
