Thanks for your read. I wonder if a subject should play in an evaluator's assignment of a rating. I believe what should be considered are questions like Does the reader get lost? I the work clean of mistakes? Is there a theme? Do characters contribute?

I apologize, I should not have made the statement, but please understand that I did read your work and judged it by its merits. It was excellent work. I see unfortunately that somehow it documented my rating as 4 stars and I actually awarded 5. I would have given 6, but I had one left. Evi

You should have seen me choking myself as I gave an honest (good) review to a piece that was political nonsense (touting lies). It just about killed me, and I normally would have passed, but I needed the money to subsidize Ohmie. Ain't I pitiful!

(I love wolves--they're Nobel animals-- but your use of a lupine here is very effective.
Your situations are accurate and relevant, but serve as a warning that this big bad wolf better find another forest (preferably a deserted one) in which to wreak havoc.

(I love wolves--they're Nobel animals-- but your use of a lupine here is very effective.
Your situations are accurate and relevant, but serve as a warning that this big bad wolf better find another forest (preferably a deserted one) in which to wreak havoc.

Wait. I thought the ending was going to be that the Big Blonde Wolf was voted out of the forest and replaced by the Dodo who brought his flock in and created chaos in the form of higher prices to all forest creatures, reduced production of necessary supplies, increased rates for buying birdhouses and lion's dens, and humiliation every time the head Dodo was out in public. I must be thinking of a different story. Anyway, good luck with this flash fiction fable!! It should do well in the polls...well, you know, as long as the same people are in charge of them as when the Big Blonde Wolf was ahead...
