This is a terrific cleave poem here. I think the red text really emphasizes the meaning of the black text parts, that can be savored individually, and then finally as a whole.
Your conclusion is actually quite profound when considered within all the possibilities of lifestyle.

This seems to be an adventurous foray into an unfamiliar poetry form. It was a little intimidating at first glance, but one of the reviewers suggested it should be read from top to bottom. I wish that that information had been provided by the author, as it might seem too much like a puzzle otherwise. Still, you get credit for thinking outside the box.

I love how you formatted this poem. It's inventive and shows a real flair for taking risk and redefining what poetry may be. The visual fits well because it too may be interpretated more than one way. I would drop the first two "Love is" down one or two spaces to balance it better. There's lots of space at the bottom. I wish also the font was a bit larger. Overall, very creative!

Loved it, I think the line "love is staring directly into the sun to feel its warmth knowing your eyes will hate you for it" though when I was doing this never thought about it this way but can relate, and your last three lines are so very true, very well written and presented, best wishes for your contest****kahpot

Actually the punchline came in the last three lines, love to me, is simply giving without any expectation of receipt, of course that's how it bears the most fruit, but still, that's the formula, to the observant, love gives, pure and simple, it joins the game. This poem does show a lot of definitions. But it is hard to read because it is sometimes hard to know which direction to read in.

There are many definitions of love. Emotionally charged. Rather than just telling someone we love them, we should show them. There are some people who use those words loosely. Having no meaning. Getting into an argument with someone you love, leaving, and coming back is an indication they love you. They want the relationship to continue. Thanks for sharing.

It's a powerful ending - that "Love is a lifestyle." The poem's structure was rather hard for me to focus on just one way to read as it was multi-directional but with your font colors, you direct our eyes to the meat of the message. I especially liked "finding ways to appreciate their flaws." Hope this does well in the contest!

The picture was lovely but your presentation of the words was in a cockeyed fashion I did not understand.
I didn't even read it all. The final lines that say love isn't an emotion but a lifestyle are wrong as far as I am concerned.
Love is a powerful emotion full of heartache and heartbreak.
