I find your choice of artist appealing as I also like El Greco's art. However, he was a prominent painter of the Renaissance, not a surrealist, as he lived in 1541 - 1614. Also, as the contest entry is supposed to be about a painting, I am wondering why the image you included is not actually by El Greco himself, but is an amateurish copy of one of his paintings, dated in the bottom right corner 1992.

-Nice artwork and thanks for the note.
-You do a good job with the poem, showing
the artist and the type of paintings you enjoy.
-The idea in the last line is good, but this
is the syllable breakdown:
[sur-re-al-is-tic]
-You could make it a noun
surrealism and leave out the 'so' or
you could go with:
great surrealist
[sur-re-al-ist]
-Good luck in the contest.

thanks fixed it according to your suggestion

You have to take out the line "So surrealistic."

Look at your poem; you have 4 lines. You didn't delete "so surrealistic." Your poem won't qualify for the contest that way. The last line is "Great surrealist."

I love El Greco's artworks too.
They have a unique beauty
to them. I painted a replica
of one of his works named,
"The Disrobing Of Christ."
It's hanging at the local
veterans shelter because that's where I felt it needed
to go. My very best wishes
for your short and well penned poem. Have a creative weekend. Blessings.

thanks a lot. I got to enjoy Spanish art when I lived in Madrid. El Greco, Goya and Salvado Dali were are my favorites. Pradae was a great museum.
