When my mother died , pa came to stay with me in our main house in Italy.
We helped each other after the loss and I filled the void mamma left.
I m sure you must feel lonely without your beloved half.
Your poem speaks about your deep and everlasting love for her and all the sweet mmki gestures you shared.
If you believe in God then you know she is looking down on you so whilst you are walking in those woods just talk to her and share your thoughts, feelings.
Have you thought to adopt a dog ?
I think your wife would be happy to see you smile again.

Beautiful Poem. I know exactly how you feel. I had that kind of relationship and and my love who has been gone five years now, and I still walk with him in my dreams. I do believe it isn't forever. We will see them again.
