This is a very nice and serene free verse poem. It has the tranquil easy going feel to it, matched with the joy and brilliance of nature. The photo was a great idea. It is very simple, like a still life portrait.

Your well written poem delivers the ambience and sensations of "quitting time" at the seashore, something Maine has in abundance. I agree that there is certainly a relaxation that comes from fresh salt air and ocean vistas.
