This is so deserving a six my friend, but I don't have one. So many lines hit my heart. Too many to list. I love it. Brillant with so much truth. Blessings, Barbara xox

Beautiful words and a wonderful message here. We are truly blessed. Some finally come to realize while others still procrastinate. I'm thankful to be freed from the darkness and brought into the light.
My favorite part:
But death could never hold Him down,
He rose to life and wears love's crown.
When He arose He grasped my hand,
I live with God in Beulah Land.
Always your fan,
Shana :)

The picture was definitely interesting, Roy. Your words confirmed that one ages gracefully but only with faith, trust and love that is directed at God and His Son, Christ shall we be saved. Blessings.

Thank you for taking us on this journey from youthful mistakes and thoughts, until you reach and understand the power and glory of God. This is one of your best poems.

I think this is one of your best ones, Roy. It spoke to me differently than the others. Maybe because it's a little more autobiographical. Really good job.

A beautiful poem and so full of the transforming power of Jesus Christ. The old house that needs multiple repairs becomes new in Jesus Christ. Sending you my best today as always,

Well written Roy. As we age in Christ, peace ensues and the rivers of life give us health. There is no death tho' eyes may close. At home with Jesus our love explodes. To be whole, without sickness and pain, earth cannot give this again. Jesus makes us whole. K xx

Thanks for sharing another fine poem with us Roy. My favourite words were:
Though I'm now old, my heart is not,
ideals have changed, I do not plot.
It is comforting to think that we can cheat age a little, if only in our minds, but at the same time that we've learned from experience. Kate xx

A fine reflection on the past, with your youthful features, ideals and aspirations. A fine testimony of praise to the One who died for you, so that you could forever in His light and by His grace.
Well done.
