Sea is sea with its mystery and charm in all the seasons, autumnal sea is somewhat different and haunting in atmosphere; I like the spiritual effect and implication; lyrical and imagery orders in good flow of words make it a nice work; well said, well done, post god speed more, share post not 4 self-joy-pride but 4 God and readers worldwide Alcreator Litt Dear (DR)

This is a nicely done sonnet that praises and thanks the Roman god of the sea, Neptune. It is true the the sound of the sea's waves is calming and peacful

This is a nicely done sonnet that praises and thanks the Roman god of the sea, Neptune. It is true the the sound of the sea's waves is calming and peacful

I love sonnets and this one is very well done and presented.

Yes, I miss Nevada - I lived in Las Vegas on and off for 4 years. Now I am West Palm Beach, Florida. The one thing Nevada doesn't have is the ocean (lol).

I haven't written a sonnet in a long time, and I decided to give it a trial run yesterday. I love the ocean and nautical theme, and I can see it worked!
I am using black screen on FS now, as well as other sites for reason known to you. Working with a black screen here restricts my coloring choices, so I used 2 browsers yesterday while working on this sonnet.
Tell me, how do you see my color scheme in your computer - blue background and a black text color, or blue background and white text color?
Because it looks one way on Chrome for me, and the other way on another browser.

Thank you. The Deep has a great magic and mystery. I always adored the ocean, having lived in Long Island, NY for over 30 years, and now in West Palm Beach, Fl. I am glad you enjoyed my sonnet - and we found something in common!

These words are engaging, comforting, relaxing, serene descriptive, and creative. The author's words made me think of when I lived near the beach and how much peace I found walking as I heard the waves crashing. The author's words flow and connect well. The artwork is awesome!
