In a year of Our Lord 2014 and in the Tri-state area of Delaware, South Jersey, and Philadelphia.
Unfortunately, over 4,500 people awaited.
"The Gift of Life"
Yes, in the form of a Human Kidney.
And, unfortunately 97 and a half percent got to go home.
Go home and in body bags.

The first part is very effective in imparting that sense of anguished questioning - the fundamental question of why? And then, you moved into the story of, I suspect, a part of the purpose that began to reveal itself.

First off of course this is based on information.
Yes, that I had received almost Twenty years agon.
And, from a woman who works for the Gift of Life in Philadelphia.
The name has not been changed.
Why?
I never knew her real name for she has never shared in three letters I've written but everything,
Yes I will produce forward Of course is absolutely true and it's a miracle she's alive today.
This you will realize when I get to the third and final chapter Entitled,
"Katie's Victory!"
