Very impressive presentation sending out a very positive wise challenge to "Think before one speaks". Excellent 5-7-5 Haiku which you have chosen to rhyme.
I am sure your submission for the contest should do well. I support that your words of wisdom express is embraced more often we as a people may find that we could avoid many more conflicting disagreements. For I do embrace another well known saying that " Silence is golden" and I on occasion have proven that at times it is the best answer. My only suggestion would be to use the advance editing provided to bold your font and increase the the size for easier legibility. All the best to you in the contest.
