Congratulations on winning the best dog contest. I love stories about, and letters by Sunny. I think this is the best picture of Sunny I've ever seen. He looks like a fluffy bundle of love.

Very lovely rhyming poem about Sunny. It reads/flows beautifully and was joyful to read. Sunny seems like a perfect dog. He wouldn't be a bad human either. Thanks for sharing. My favorite line is: He inspires my stories, thoughts and deeds.

Thank you Paul. Poor Sam. Write a poem about him being disappointed with you! Sunny says Hi to Sam.
We've just had a situation this morning. The two Alsatians from the house behind have knocked over a fence panel (2 metres high), and come into our yard. So we're housebound until we can get it fixed. They are very lonely and cry all the time, because of being ignored by their owners. But I can't let Sunny out near them.

Sorry to hear that Sunny is housebound. Years ago we had a dog named Shep. We had him tied out in our yard, and a great dane came into our yard and killed Shep. That was a sad day.

What a horrible and frightening death for Shep! That's terrible, and so very sad.
We've pushed the fence back as far as we can, put a metal panel in front of it it on our side, and secured the panel with a heavy steel stake. But the parents have not bothered to come over to talk about it yet (ten hours later)! But at least Sunny can go outside for his needs. Thanks Paul. I was so shocked as normally I am out on a Thursday morning and Sunny is home alone, and could well have been outside!
