My "children" are in their forties now. Still, I have grands that bless me every day and I appreciate your poem...

It's incredible how quickly time flies!

We ought to remember to cherish every day of their youth!

The objective correlative of your work reminisces exuberance as an innate insuppressible covert phenomenon in children.

The work highlights their fun loving and hilarious nature and need to be cautious, while putting them on the right track.

The work earns its texture through its effective use of anecdotes synonymous with child upbringing.

Excellent work. Bravo.

Your words are so true. I am afraid that in our world today, children are being made to grow up too soon - when it comes to clothing choices, etc.
Like your words:
"give them time for them to change into adults,
I know that it's not smooth sailing,
but enjoy their childhood at the moment,
because it won't last and it'll rapidly disappear.
They will figure it out."

A nice poem for the contest. The gist of what I got out of it was that adults and parents should give children to enjoy their childhood years. Go easy on them as you say. Soon enough those childhood playful times will disappear as they become adults. In addition, they will slowly figure out the realities of life.
