Hi Beth, this is really interesting, which I read very carefully. As you probably already know, I'm as interested in my origins as you are. It's really very fascinating. Ulla:)))

That was really interesting, Beth. You managed to go back to relatives living in Kent, where I lived for six years as a child. It must be fun to trace family back so far, but it would have been better if those who wrote the names and dates down spelt them correctly. I think that happened to many people whose name's changed over the centuries. The fact that we must all have been related to some in the Bible, has to be considered. Well done, my friend, you did really well in your research. :)) Sandra xx

    Thank you Sandra. It is very frustrating to have all the errors and name changes. It seems most of the early settlers roots were in England. I sure they all left family there. It's is understandable that after being in this country for a while, the people wanted to be free to rule here but it seems wrong to have treated those, whose allegiance was still with the mother country, so harshly.
