Excellent faith based poem that shows the presence of Jesus. "Our hearts beat as one, a divine symphony" are wonderful lines that bring forth good feelings. Excellent rhyming of words and a smooth poetic form.

This is a good religious poem. It would have been perfect for the upcoming Faith poem contest. I like that your poem is centered on the large heart. I like the color palette you used. Your graphic/visual is stellar. If I had to suggest one thing, it would be to enlarge the text a bit or just make it bold. That way it would be more prominent.
