Good entry in the Dear God Contest. You are indeed making an unselfish request. I hope he answers your request. Since there are so many older members on this site it would be good if you made your font size larger. Perhaps more would engage with your text too.

Yes, my glasses are quite thick. The easy way to increase the size is as followed: Go to Edit poem. Highlight the entire text. While it is highlighted, press the Ctrl key and the + plus sign key and the text will get larger. If too large highlight again and press Ctrl and the minus -key.

Now try 'On the sheep's back' tell me if it is too big?

At last, reading something that is asking for nothing more than they already have at their disposal, He is aware of our needs anyway, as I age I'm discovering I'm becoming more dependant, humbly coming before God and Thanking him our future is not only assured but in His trustworthy hands. as I still have some of my family alive...the ones
that were regularly around...are the ones that passed..
I think we all need to do more to take care of God's creation...there are times I feel like I missed out on so many things I wish I would have done...
for now I pray things get better...and that He gives me understanding of what is going on around us...

I can relate to your words here. I can feel your feelings, family has passed on and asking God "what can I do". I like at the end you mention being a witness for Him, the most important thing we can do with our lives regardless of our physical state. Excellent letter to God.

I am sorry if it felt sarcastic and negative. I only intended to aid a fellow writer by being honest, and not just giving fluff and taking her money like so, so many members now do. It breaks my heart what this site has become after being on it since 2006.
