Oh it is so good to hear from you Regina! Thank you so much for your lovely review of this poem and my sweet grandson. Also for your generous 6 stars and your awesome words. I am so appreciative of you as you always give me the best feeling inside. I am looking forward to hearing that new pro-life poem, and I will be backing you 100000%!!!!!! Thank you again and please let me know about your poem as I am dealing with some health issues and having surgery on the 7th. I plan on having my iPad with me even in the hospital and watch for it the best I can. I am very excited to read it!!!

Awe Janice, you are so sweet. He must have been destined to take over for us because a child at three doesn't usually become so obsessed with something like farming and keep that love for so long. He's an old soul kind of boy who doesn't even care about getting a cell phone. Ooops, Lol, do you recognize the proud grandma? Sorry for going on and on. This would be a dream come true for a little one to own his own field(s). All he has to do is roll up his sleeves and with help of others and the Lord, he can get it done.

I love learning something new. I was unfamiliar with this particular poetic form and as the prompt does not explain the rules had to look it up. This poem appears to fit my understanding of the required structure and it also warmed my heart. Nice work!

Thank you for this lovely review and comments! I too had no idea what a Naani was, but after reading about it I realized it was about feelings with line and syllable restrictions.

There is just something special about the farm. The smells, the early mornings, the ever-present dew, and the satisfaction of being able to see, feel and taste your accomplishment. This little guy will probably be feeding my grandchildren one of these days.

Wow, thank you so very much my dear friend. Your lovely review and words mean so very much, but I truly appreciate your very generous six stars as well! You can't possibly know how much this means to me, but my grandson will be so excited as well. We had played farm together from the tim he was three until about eight when grandpa slowly got him more and more into it, and starting next year, he will be doing the field work on his own. So thank you my dear friend as we are all so proud of him.
