The objective correlative of your work reminisces the quick successive rejuvenating milieu of the protagonist's heart that is made to tick on and on in spite of all odds.
The work highlights the eternal nature of his heart; the pendulum motions semblance of his heart; its cognizant pumping of blood situates it far from unreal; its traversing of the hemispheres and its trotting from vessel to vessel in an undaunted approximation of life.
The work earns its texture through its effective use of anecdotes synonymous with the indefatigable.
Exceptional work. Keep the flag flying.

When I came up with this Heart poem.
Like the many hundreds before and four books now.
I wanted this one to jump out and teach a lesson.
Thanks for reviewing Lloyd.

Heart of metal is a great image - and I love that it can be taken multiple ways (cold and uncaring or man-made and specifically tuned) that makes this a tailored, personal experience. Poetry should be felt as much as read, and you achieve that.
