This is a very strange piece ofcwriting. In form it resembles a free verse poem but it doesn't have a poetic feel to it and reads just like prose.
The content too is very strange, not impozsible but an amazing piece of bad luck. Almost unbelievable but at the same time there was a voice i side me saying, 'Why not?'

Lol. I always try to find the most ridiculous ways to off people in my stories. Haha. It was suppose to be prose. Was it under poetry? It was just a silly story for a contest. I appreciate the stars, friend. Have a great day.

Mmmh, I can remember climbing huge trees when I was young, but fortunately for me and my half witted friends, none of us fell from them, but I can tell
You, I guess God didn't want us there, unlike Brad, well done my friend, great story, good luck, blessings Roy

This is a well written but horrifying tale about disobedient children. Parents really DO know best. Fortunately the protagonist and his sister were wise enough to climb down from the tree. Your storytelling is succinct and to the point, while your dialogue was realistic. Best wishes in the contest.

This is a story with a twist at the end. Your writer expects something different, a typical adventure story, but it unfolds in a completely different way. You wrote it really well.

It's like a classic tale of childhood misadventure mixed with Donnie Darko. I loved that the fireball/engine comes out of nowhere, turning the story towards the fantastical and making me smile. I enjoyed the 'in dialect' narration, which added to the engagement. Great fun, and what a glorious final image :-)

Lol. Thank you for the great review, Mike. Yeah, I had to lead everyone to believe he was just going to fall out of the tree. Haha. I Really appreciate the generous stars, friend. I'm glad you liked this ridiculous piece.

Wow, what are the odds to accidently die because of a lose canon aka engine airplane, right on top of a dangerously high tree. Thank you for sharing and good luck with the contest.
