I thought this was well written and enjoyable. It's a little heavy on telling. Sharing this through a viewpoint character would help avoid that. But outside of that this was fun story to read. Very creative and enjoyable.

Just a couple of typos here:
He was shaking so much the hostess said "Bon Jour (Bonjour) Benny, I will teach you some French as we fly to Paree!"
She stared back with distain and said Lady Bon Soir, Lady, (bonsoir) to you!
"Oh, manifique!" (magnifique)
going to the Rivera (Riviera) to lay on the beach
Overall a really fun story, and great job you for thinking it up. :))

He's a cheeky rascal trying to play up to the girls. But I am glad he found a nice Aussie girlfriend to play ball with on the beach. And hopefully he has settled back at home after his adventure.
