great imagery. Perhaps it's just me, but I don't believe
wood/book rhyme or top/chaos. They have similar
vowel sounds, but the ending throws it off for me.
However, I'm not the judge here, so I won't deduct
stars.
A walk along a quiet wood.
A gently winding, babbling brook.
The quiet of a dawning day.
The prayer for help along the way.
Treasured faces of loved ones dear
Bring contentment true and hearts of cheer.
A winding trail to a mountain top
Can rid the mind of most chaos.
Intentional time with Nature's God
Brings enlightenment to a lowly sod.
When neglecting time I find it true
That peace and joy slip away from you.

Really lovely. Your words flow really nicely and you paint a clear picture both of the walk in the woods as well as the message of how find peace.
