The human babe cannot show faith in the same way as the baby elephant or most other baby mammals because the human does not have he same level of independence until he or she starts to walk. We cannot keep up with the human herd until we are nearly independent of it. Apart from some of the apes most animal young are physically independent within a very short time of their birth so must have great faith that heir mother will appear when needed.

I like the approach you've taken with this - each line introducing an element to build a picture over the course of the poem. I only stumbled on one line: 'Faith is the first dawn flight by fledgling' - this feels like odd phrasing. If rearranged: 'Faith is the fledgling's first dawn flight' - it could track a bit more smoothly. Just a thought, though - it's already a great poem :-)

God's loving qualities are clearly seen throughout his creations. And man was created in his image. But man has certainly failed to reflect the quality of love when he ruins this planet with selfishness and greed. But we must hold onto our faith that God will make things right again.
