What a great image to go with your poem. I did notice the first line of each stanza was capitalized except for the last paragraph. Perhaps you meant it that way, perhaps not. It's just something I noticed.

The last stanza is a run-on from the previous one:
Emerge into your life which you control
I have now added 3 dots to make the connection more obvious.
