First off -- yeww! I liked the progression of your poem as you checked off other dairy delicacies, but finally got to the real issue. I guess you have drunk raw milk, but if not, I feel it is an acquired taste.

This poem is funny and witty. The idea of a dairy fairy is a good, creative concept. I would be even nice to create a whole lore about a dairy fairy :)

Ewwwww, a little too graphic - lol. Great thought and original idea for sure but I find it difficult to wrap my "lips" around that "teat", lol. I found it a little difficult to work around the alternate spelling of yoghurt (yogurt) also. I'm just too familiar with supermarket fare.
Lots of yummy foods included here.
Good job

Yeah, I was a bit salacious with this one, lol. I'm from the UK so I've only ever seen yoghurt spelled with an h. I didn't realise it was one of those words that's different elsewhere. I learn every day :-)

Hmm? Please don't apologize; it would mean a pause in your primal sup of milky stew. I loved this piece--what a sensational entry. I wish you much success in the contest. Best, JohnC

You didn't go halfway with this daring and creative entry. A luscious and intimate foray into the fairy that leaves the reader udderly addicted.
One small suggestion: *sick* and *fix* do not quite rhyme, though all your other rhymes work quite nicely. If you were to keep one word, I think *fix* is the better one; here are some rhyme possibilities.
Thanks for a great read,

Thanks so much HFP :-). I'm thrilled you enjoyed it! I'll have a look and see whether I can tweak things now I've had a night's sleep.

I love the illustration--it is so funny. I never considered a direct delivery of teat milk as a magic fix, but now I know there is at least one person who has. Unusual topic. I wish you the best.

A great job with your humorous sonnet poem about the need for direct dairy access. But I was shocked by the "moo-juice from the sow" as I was thinking this was going to become a pro-nondairy solution. I don't know of any dairy products from the sow - only from sheep and goats. Fun poem and I hope you do well in the contest!

Thank you so much :-). Yes, I think I may have dipped a little too far into the absurd there. Will have a think!

It was for the humorous effect, so I understand. Apparently, sows are too difficult to milk. But even camels and horses have been milked for yogurt and cheeses...

This is the first time I have ever seen a humorous irreverent sonnet like this. I ws a bit shocked to start with, as I always image the form to be serious and romanic, and generally majestic. However your sonnet grew on me with time, and I came to appreciate it.
