A good idea for a minute poem. The title made me want to read it.
Line 2 and the last line are 5 syllables, not 4. Also, the 'Sunset' line needs to be 8 syllables. "But when it comes to the sunset", or something similar. Hope that helps.

very fine rhyme scheme for this contest entry
like your transition from morning to night with your favorite beverages
honestly, I only drink tea at night with an occasional wine

Hello Mystery Writer!
How I adore and crave coffee, and I enjoyed your poem.
However, it is lacking in a number of the Minute form's requirements:
1. The Minute Poem is rhyming verse form consisting of 12 lines of 60 syllables written in strict iambic meter. The poem is formatted into 3 stanzas of 8,4,4,4; 8,4,4,4; 8,4,4,4.
Your poem is composed of the following syllable count in 3 stanzas
8,5,4,4; 8,4,4,4; 4,4,4,4.
2. First two lines need to rhyme, but must not be the same word:
morning, morning.
3. A Minute poem needs to be written in strict iambic meter: short/long/short/long or one unstressed syllable followed by a stressed syllable.
Plenty of time to edit.
Hoping I have not offended!
Best Wishes.
Let me know when or if you choose to amend.
Take Care,

thanks, Diane for the detailed critique. I will revise it accordingly. I have a hard time with iambic meter which is why I usually avoid writing it.
