Hi Sally Thank you so much for your kindness and I am so blessed to have so much wonderful support not only at home with my beautiful family and friends but also here on FS. i appreciate you all a d Mum had a lovely funeral surrounded by bright Sun and lovely yellow flowers ( her favourites)

Hi Pam Thank you and yes our Mothers day was empty and sad without Mum. Ut we laid her to rest on Monday with a lovely funeral so now she is at peace a d we have our memories ( My poem gained a second place so Mu and me are smiling

Hi Joan Thank you for your kind words and yes we did give Mum a lovely funeral service and will miss her in our lives but she is now with Dad . my poem gained a second place so mum and me are both smiling

I'm so sorry to hear of your mother's passing, Chrissy. My heartfelt condolences to you and your family. As you say, Mothers' Day will have a different aspect to it this year and in the years to come. Significant, though, as an occasion to reflect on the good times.

Hi Tony Thank you for your kindness aa d we laid Mum to rest on Monday a day after MD, but it was a lovely sunny day and her service was lovely so we know she is at peace now
