You pack a lot of narrative only five short lines.
First you SET THE SCENE clearly, showing a single flower surviving somewhere in the city. Then you introduce TONE with such words as "angry" and "radiates beauty" (good contrast). And finally CONFLICT with the last two lines. We wonder who crushed the flower and why. Very nicely done.

I always look for those renegade flowers that force their way up through the cracks in the sidewalk. They are a very welcome sight to an otherwise dreary landscape. You have captured that vision well in the few words afforded this style of poem.
