Colourful characters was thoroughly entertaining. Of course yes, it needed this post for the reader to be sure. Or maybe if you had just put the picture from this post onto colourful characters it would have been enough? Kate xx
PS I don't think you mean alliterative, but the real word is buried somewhere in the dictionary in my brain.

Yeah, I did mean alliterative: Postman Pat, Bob the Builder... I was referring to the alliteration in their names. Like: Yasmine was yellow.
You're right about the picture, but I kind of do it on purpose. I like it to be at a riddle.
So you see, I write one of the types of flash fiction that I criticised before. My husband says when I think of something, I assume everybody else knows what it is without my explaining.
The funny thing is the only person who guessed the right answer. was a very good friend who also belongs to FS.
    Have a great weekend

Of course. And it all makes sense now, maybe you were just too creative for us readers LOL. It seems so simple now Heather, glad to know the end of the story. I know my grandies loved those ball pits, good to know the balls do too. Cheers

I have always had a deep connection to colors. Yellow is my favorite because it is so cheerful. -- As far as postings, we have all posted things we wish had been expanded better, proofed more, or even re-written entirely. You have not given up and that is a beautiful thing to celebrate. I am very glad you are back!

Funny! Yellow is my favourite colour too.
I'm glad to be back too, but I won't have much time till July. The last term is the worst for us.

Ahh, now I see! Yes, it makes sense now you have explained it to us, Lol. I still think it was a nice bit if fun, and we all need that now and again, to keep us sane. Well done, Heather. :)) Sandra xx

I agree with you. We do need to smile. I hope one day we'll be able to look back and see everything that's going on had a happy ending. A girl can dream...

I think I have just posted three things, Teri. None of them spectacular.
    See you around.
    Thanks for reading.

HK,

Intriguing! Brave. Fun. Compelling. Brave. Wicked brain work. hahahaha And brave. hahahaha

I think it was the start of something cute. I actually thought they were garden critters. The red angry, pushing guy coming through was the mower. When he clipped the nice Yasmine, she was kind and immediately forgave me. Then the nasty cruel weed eater cam zooming through the group with no care for anyone's parts or feelings. Bad manners for sure! Can't really remember the rest - but that's where my mind went. Thanks!

So cool. This is the great thing about imagination. There were obviously not enough clues and that's why I wrote this.
    I love your take.Thanks for reading. x

Where have you been? You're welcome.

Indeed, the objective correlative of your work reminisces a bouquet of colours with alliterative seasonings to match.

The work highlights in a twin perspective of photograph and words a colourful array of balls half engulfing a lone toddler cohering with the whole.

The work earns its texture through its effective use of anecdotes synonymous with the display of colours.

Excellent work. Bravo.

Thanks for your nice review. I think I've been away for two years, doing an MA.
It's great to be back, but at the moment I have very little time to spare.
Will write more often when the school year is over.
