Hello!

Oh, you beautiful soul. I can sense pain in your words and it brings me to tears. I know what it's like to not be okay. Every. Single. Day. I know what its like to mask the pain of living with grief. Bless your soul. I hope you find healing and continue to share your work with our community and others.

One Love
Haylee

So sorry about the loss of your husband. We all go through the grieving process for a while but will see our loved ones again to be with them. It's like a long journey. R56ma3:Susan C.

I am sorry that you feel you must pretend to be okay when you are not. I am sorry for your loss. There is no time limit on grief, and you shouldn't have to adhere to one. You tell your tale well, though. It is a heart wrenching poem, but it is beautiful.

Age is a challenge and don't always feel okay and others may be concerned but deep down only we can lift ourselves out of the gloom. It is a privilege to live until we are old, we must strive to enjoy it as life is precious, love Dolly x

I think we as humans have an inherit need to help. Even with your description, it makes me want to help you after the death of your husband, but I understand it must be frustrating to realize that everyone wants you to be okay and you are not. We are all on our own journeys. Good luck with everything.
