Your poem on puppies is very clever. They do investigate everything, even that which they should leave alone. Your choice of words gave the poem a playful feel, especially your ending.

This was a very clever and funny acrostic poem. I especially liked the word play ..paws/pause.
The last line was fantastic...a great end really.
Maybe something about their softness, plump little tummies etc, all the things that make them endearing..and then the last line would really have an impact!
