This is a wonderful poem not only recalling the Biblical story but applying it to our everyday life. It is a spiritual challenge for each of us to remember each day. He is enough! More than enough. Thank you for sharing.

Just as Jesus told his disciples, "A slave is not greater than his master." I say to you no earthly king is now or will ever be greater than the King of kings. Nor any earthly lord ever be greater than the Lord of lords. Man may condemn, but it is God who saves.

This is well written and well presented.
Your descriptive writing paints a clear picture of the sentiment expressed.
The rhymes do not feel forced, they create a pace that is just right.

I remember reading about Shadrack, Meshack and Abednego being in the furnace. We are lucky as Americans not to have to give our faith up for another.
We just have to stay viligent to make sure we stay a Christian nation.
Congratulations on being Recognized and good luck with your poem.

Your poem highlights the Bible story of the 3 well, John. I enjoyed reading it. Your chose a great image to pair your well thought out words to it. Your rhymes work well, the flow is smooth, and the message is true. Yes, He is there always, though at times we forget. But He never does.
Respectfully, Jan

Excellent poetic recounting of the Biblical miracle. In my Episcopal church these stories never feature in readings or sermons, perhaps they are relegated to Sunday School classes.
You skillfully interweaved this tale with encouragement for readers to rely on Jesus for assistance in the trials of this world.
Well done
Stay safe and blessed, Julia

A nicely rhymed poem and one that this reader was pleased to read. The story unfolds logically and comes to a strong conclusion in the conviction of faith in Jesus Christ. A very good job!
