We were there in New England in 2014, we saw Plymouth Rock, wondered what the fuss was about, but loved the Mayflower replica. We enjoyed the sea cuisine, saw the Newport mansions and tasted more sea delights where the the Americas cup was conceived, beautifully and skilfully written Bro well done, blessings Roy

Thanks Brother Roy, Sorry I missed you! I was born in NH myself so officially, I am a washed ashore, a term for those not born on Cape Cod. Glad you liked it, God bless, Dennis

Great! It has changed a lot by I am of the persuasion people should be able to use their property as thy will.

Your notes say it all. I enjoyed your fun, but true, poem about
the influx of tourists to small town America. Some of them are
down right rude. You are right, too, about how 'things' have
changed forever because of them. You did a great job expressing
your thoughts and feelings in this satirical poem. Your lines
are smooth with good rhymes and great imagery.
Respectfully, Jan

Thanks Jan, and you are right. The fields we used to play ball in and the woods where we hunted rabbits are all given over to Condos now. Some of them are heated all winter with nobody in them. Old house are torn down a big house replaces it. Part of the price of freedom, I guess. Thanks for your thoughts, and God bless, Dennis
