This is a well-written poem but sad about the loss of timber from careless smokers. Wildfires each year destroy acres of prime woodlands due to man's carelessness both from cigarettes and global warming.
Best wishes,
Mary

Another fine poem, Gypsy----and idiots who toss their lit cigarete out of the car bother me bad; selfish morons. I think those who smoke no days with everything we know about how bad the are for you are moron's too; sorry if you smoke, but I had to say it

This was a wonderful yet sad Cinquain Tanka, Gypsy. I certainly appreciate the picture which sadly shows the burned trees. Your words were definitely right on, some mindless dickhead thoughtlessly created this disaster. We passed more than enough burn sites when we drove our trailer through parts of Nevada, definitely California and the southern corner of Oregon. Such sadness. Blessed be n hugs!

Thank you very much for taking the time to read and review my poem, Aryr. I always appreciate it, and never take kindness for granted. My daughter lives in Grass Valley, North California, they have huge fires. It's horrible. Blessed be.

This is creative as well as inventive. I have a hard time keeping up with the different types of poetry as it is and you go and invent another, lol. You have a magical style all your own. I enjoy reading you. Best, John C

It's shocking how careless some people are with the environment. The wild fires have caused so much devastation to the wildlife, plants and human neighborhoods.
