I'm so sorry for your loss, those who have never felt the love of a pet don't know what they are missing. It is something to treasure. I can quite understand the tears, it took me a very long time before I could think of mine without crying. They are our children. I'm sure that he is waiting around the bend, with his ball in his mouth, ready to play again when it's your time. This was a beautiful poem, that put a lump in my throat. Warm hugs, Sandra xx

I'm so sorry for your loss, those who have never felt the love of a pet don't know what they are missing. It is something to treasure. I can quite understand the tears, it took me a very long time before I could think of mine without crying. They are our children. Many times the death of a pet dog has affected me more that the death of an acquaintance. I think this is because the love that a dog has for its master is so very strong.

Of course all dogs (all critters) go to Heaven. Your beloved
dog is up there playing with all the other little animals--mine
included. My sincere condolences on the loss of your beloved

This poem brought me to tears. As a dog owner and lover, I can't imagine losing my 9 yr. old lab, Sienna. She is my support animal and would be lost without her. I have no doubt your beloved baby is in heaven. I'm sorry for your loss.

I can relate to missing a furry friend. I also believe that dogs will be in Heaven. I hope to see my Lainie there someday. In the larger scheme of things, they are all just waiting around the bend. Thanks for sharing.
