A very nostalgic poem. Quite remarkable how you were able to incorporate moments that are warmly associated to autumn. Well, I do anyway, make very similar associations so reading your poem has brought back great memories. And so, your poem :
-Has a ring of authenticity.
-Is endearing and sparks recollections.
-Shows acute sense of observation, appeals to the senses, making it very relatable.
-Most sparkling lines: Urges for warm blankets and movies descend on me, smell of freshly sharpened pencils and brand-new notebooks.
-!lovely metaphor of trees flying their colours like flags or banners.
Lovely poem, very pleasant read.

This is a most enjoyable free verse poem in acrostic form. Autumn Leaves are a great reason to enjoy the season. Your clear descriptions bring vivid images to the reader's mind and I loved how you included all the senses in your descriptions.
