Just dial it down, tune it out and breathe!
My son refers to it as "Mom's " Zen-ing out again."

So glad I hit your milestone post. Congratulations! and what a fine one you have crafted for this special event. I love the lack of colour which ensures that the whole thing is pushed down to the negativity / apathy you would expect from yhe words. Inspired combination.
