I love Ekphrastic poems :)
I like the picture of zebras.
The rhymes do not seem forced and your poem flows well. It draws upon emotions and it presents strong images.

I was going to ask if you wrote this geared toward the picture, then read the definition of ekphrastic poetry at the bottom and got my answer. Have to love a creative brain that can look at a simple black and white picture of zebras and come up with such a clever rhyme. Thanks for continuing to inspire us all.

This reminds us not to be too attached to fashion. It changes quickly. These poeple are too proud of themselves, it seems. The zebras do look like they are gossiping with each other.
