This is a great memory as a child with the family on a vacation. Going rustic. Those would have been great days. I had never experienced such trips. I like the picture of the water running beneath fallen trees. Thank you for posting and sharing this great poem.

This really reminds me of going camping as a kid- the imagery captures the scene very well. I loved it, being out in the forest and all that. Thanks so much for sharing this
