Catching up--gripping twist as to the 'gambling' plot--stunning description of merger of Margot with Meg--this is surely an inventive depiction of parallel universes!

Hi Liz, I'm feeling a lot better today. It was high temperature, coughing, chest pains. It hurt to breathe. But, I'm improving. I thought I had a really bad cold, but my brother said it sounded worse than that and told me to get tested. I immediately tested positive. It was a shock, because all through the lockdown and after we've stayed well. We have had all our vaccinations, and the booster, and then we catch it! My only possitive thought is, it would have probably been a lot worse had I not had the jabs. Thanks for asking. You're such a good friend. xxxx

Hi Sandra, thanks for reading this chapter, I can understand you having to keep going back, it's quite a way into the story now, so it would be hard to understand. I'd never met you before so had a look at your profile, but you haven't posted anything yet. I also took a look at your fans. I hate to tell you this, (in case you don't know) seeing as you follow Dean Kutch, but he died a few years back. Such a sad time. Thank you again, my new friend, I look forward to reading your posts. I haven't got this whole thing down yet and so don't completely know what I'm doing, trying to learn. today I figured out exactly what the start ratings mean, which is a game changer for me. I hope i haven;'t offened anone while i am in training. Still can;t figure out half the stuff on here. That said I didn;t realize I mentioned following anyone, so I'm still confused. Anyway, I hope to improve in time and learn my way around this site. Thanks

A perfect cliffhanger by my favorite author and friend! A wonderful chapter, Sandra.... so perfect it drug my ghost here to read and comment. You did a fantastic job with the merging of Meg and Margot and explaining how Meg will remember what happens. As for the ending... there's another ghost in the room and it's scaring the daylights out of our cocky solicitor. Hurrah! Now is it Bessie posing as someone or Meg's father, perhaps. Either way, I hope he's so frightened he spills the beans.

Hi Helen, thank you for reading this chapter, I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I'm half way through your book, and want to know if you're going to publish the second one? I'm going to give them to my grandson's school, they'll love it. Stories like yours help keep the children's interest which is needed for dyslexic children. The school has all my Eric and Herbie books.

Now then, Linda, Meg and Miles already have played tootsie, lol, quite a lot! He doesn't yet know Meg isn't Meg, will he discover it???? And if he does, how? Aha!!
There will be lots of fun and games with Bessie, (not tootsying lol) and more with Margot. I think she might get to like being Meg.

Your setting isn't as well described as with some authors, but I rather like your method over some who get carried away with two pages for describing one room.
