Reading this poem, I hope some day God brings us to a war-free world and there will be no violence on television and God will take care of everyone, even the fools. At least, this was my interpretation of your work of art and this, my fellow writer, was NO April Fool.

It is nine sentences. Not sure about acrostic. I like the lines that include war-free world because I believe we can make it so. I'm not sure I see humor. Anyone can be a fool on any day and belief is for the believers. Note: I too do believe in God.

I don't think anyone can fool God, he sees beyond the everything. April Fools day can be the worst day of many peoples lives and God knows this. It would be so nice to have a war free world. Well done, and good luck in the contest. :) Sandra
