-Very nice image and presentation.
-Thanks for sharing the notes.
-The syllable count is good, along with the topic.
-Effective imagery and rhyme.
-Snow is very unpredictable, and can fall
in April. I've also seen it in Oct. and Nov.
-A very good conclusion.
-Good luck in the contest.
Do you know what kind of bird that is?

Thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review. I appreciate your insight. Actually, no I don't know what type of bird is displayed.

You are very welcome. I asked because we have a bird feeder, and in the winter we get the bird in your picture. It's official name is a Junco, but they are often called snowbirds. They come down from Canada because it gets too cold in the winter. I always enjoy seeing them.

Thank you for the information on the snowbird.

This is a well written poem. Your poem gives a valuable lesson that sometimes things out of season can be in God's plan. Your syllable count is on point. Nice poem.

Author,
Your words express a question we ask God a lot, and I'm paraphrasing, 'why the rain in our lives?'
Sometimes our lives don't go as we plan, and it snows in Spring, which is supposed to be a time of renewal and hope.
Exceptional poem,
Good luck!
Cindy

I am like you and love April when Spring usually arrives in full dress--flowers and trees fully-leafed and days 20-30 degrees above freezing. But we've had snow some years. I truly believe--like the Speaker--"it's God's will" when it comes. Rod
