You did a good job with this poem. You never know what the weather is going to do, really. The picture you selected to accompany this piece is perfect here. Keep up the good work, and good luck in the competition.

Plaudits for your rhyming for this 2-4-6 contest. Yes, snow does fall in April and even on Mother's Day in my northeast neck of the woods. But, normally it disappears quickly. It is all in God's grand design for us.

' Snow In April ' , is short, succinct and delightfully descriptive. With a minimum of words this talented poet has told it as it is. Good luck with the contest. Please let me know how you get on?

like this short haiku like poem about an early Spring snowfall. I like the image you chose as well. I would not end it like that because well I am not a believer but to each their own.

Your contest entry reads well, Mystery Author. I enjoyed reading it. I like the end rhymes, the smooth flow, and the great art choice. Yes, even snow has its own beauty. You are right about God's will, too.
Best wishes in the contest.
Respectfully, Jan

I love this 2-4-6 poem you have penned for the writing prompt. You used very good descriptive words and very lovely imagery from the art work you chose. I happen to love snow alot, but we don't get it very much where we live. I thank God for every day! Blessings, Teri

I enjoyed reading your poem. It is well constructed and timely. I was raised in Michigan and can remember a few snowfalls in April. It was a very bizarre feeling to know that is spring but I was looking at snow.

This is an excellent 2-4-6 poem for the contest that meets
the requirements with the three rhymes.
I'm waiting for spring like many others,
snow or no snow.
Nice picture to match.
Well done.
Good luck in the contest.

The first two lines of this poem flow and connect well. The last
line says it all! I thought about God's will and how when it is not what
I want - I begin to wonder what his message is. The artwork is awesome and compliments these words.
