It sounds like Maud was seriously tempted by the Cadillac's stylish design. That pink car sure is an attention-grabber. Money is usually the reason our dreams are held back.
It's a well written limerick; however the contest asks for the shorter lines to be 5 syllables, not 6 as you have. Easily fixed:
It was so pricy,
Maud said, "No dicey,
Another thing, pricey is more usual spelling than pricy,
and you might want to fix the spelling of Cadillac in the heading - unless you intended to spell it like that?
Edit: I've upgraded to 5 now you've made the corrections.

Hello Author, I enjoyed your car limerick. I remember those Caddy fins and the two bullet shaped lights together on each side. That was back when you could tell a Ford Fairlane from a Buick Lesabre. Now they all look alike. Well done. Thanks for sharing.
