Congratulations on your win with this poem.
The journey is different for everyone; your poem asks the unknown - Was it all worth it? The line that stands out for me, as one who tries to love and be kind, is the hope: "We can rest assured."

I find it odd with readers and contests that they are willing to read a work, perhaps vote for it, but unwilling to leave a review. Your lovely poem deserves far more reviews than it has had, and I see that 80 people have read it. Probably proving they just want monetary reward. Shallow.
