Sandra:
Hi. I knew you were an excellent writer, but I didn't know your talent was so prolific. I'm reading through some of your works to see what I, myself, must aspire to to be a successful writer. My goal is to publish my works someday, but that day is really a long way off. I keep trying to hurry myself because I'm 64 and may not have many years left.
I prefer to read and write poetry, because the works are usually shorter, and they're easier for me to tackle.

The above poem is sad, yet gives the reader a new hope. It is always tragic when we lose someone, and in your poem you get this point across, yet you give the reader hope to get up another day and face the day. Sometimes in the grieving process, when we wake up in the morning, we face reality and all that unguarded sadness rushes in.
Great poem, Sandra.
The photo is excellent.
Blessings in all you do,
Cindy

My computer isn't working properly, Cindy, I spilt a cup of coffee over it. Now it's playing up. I hope what you said about your living long enough to get published isn't true. I'm 75 now (and one day!) and intent to write more books before I hang up my pen. Get to it, you'll be surprised what you can achieve if you believe in yourself. I've only got as far as I have with the help of people on here. I'll help you if you'd like? Offer edits, etc. There are a lot much better reviewers on here if you want them to help. I put a messaged in my authors notes, to say I won't be upset if you find something wrong and let me know. That's all it takes. Thank you so much for the lovely review on this poem. Linda is going through a tough time, but she's a tough lady. Love and hugs. Sandra xx

This is a beautifully written poem with a heartfelt sentiment. Death is never an easy thing to speak about. I think through poetry you have touched on an important thought. The soul continues on, just like the seeds no of the dandelions .

This poem is just so lovely.
I know Linda has been through so
much in the last couple years, and she
must feel overwhelmed at times.
I hope she reads all these beautiful tributes,
and messages, and feels the love.
Blessings...

What a beautiful comfort poem. It is sad, indeed, when we lose loved ones, but I am so thankful when we have the assurance that we will be with them again in heaven.

A heartfelt and beautiful addition to this book for Linda, as she mourns the unexpected loss of her brother! In faith we know we'll meet again...but fresh loss is so tender!

if Linda is real she'll know your words are sincere. Comfort may be hers if only for the while she reads what you have shared. ................................................................................................................................................

Thank you, Tom. Yes, Linda is one of our Fanstorian family, and a warm, compassionate lady you'd ever wish to meet. She's suffered terrible family losses in this last year. Her brother, whose death on the March of12th, was on the first anniversary of her mother's death. Her sister died in between. So very sad. Thank you so much for your kind words. Warm hugs, Sandra xx
