I'm sorry for Linda's losses; that's a lot to deal with in a short time. Thanks for your lovely poem. I agree that we want to question God, but we trust that His timing is always perfect. I like Linda's verse about the chain that will link again. Blessings.

I didn't realize it was I Raven that Sandra was talking about. My she has had a lot of sorrow in her life lately. We went through a period in the eighties like that. Thanks for clearing that up, Helen. :<) Nancy:)

Oh, isn't it awful when so many leave so close together? Thanks so much for the review, Nancy! Hugs!

The loss of loved ones never gets easier, expected or unexpected. But trusting in His word, we can expect to know each other as we were on earth in the next life. "Oh, what a glorious day that will be."

You have written a beautiful poem of comfort. We do not understand why our loved ones are taken from us, but the Lord gives us comfort. Our time is in His hands. I like that phrase in Linda's poem "our chain will link again."

This well-written poem wowed me with its depth of thought. I understood it perfectly. I lost one of my siblings four years ago and two last year. My husband's only sister died yesterday, but as your poem so aptly stated, we are assured that when it's God's time, He will call us home.

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear about all the losses that your family has been through recently. It feels overwhelming when we look back and count those people we knew who have left. We hope they are basking in the Lord's Presence. Appreciate your understanding and generous stars, Verna! Hugs!

It is true that sudden death leaves us asking why. It is harder on those left behind, but probably a lot easier on those that go quickly. As long as we have completed our mission on earth and feel our sins have been forgiven death is easier to bear. I saw Sandra's post and I didn't know Linda but she is in my prayers. It is especially hard to lose family members suddenly.

Thank you, Beth! She's a loving person. She doesn't post often but she reviews when she can. She's usually somewhere helping someone. Hugs!

It is always difficult to lose a child no matter what the age and it always leaves a hole. My son was taken in his 20s. Young and not a complete life with three small children and the youngest just 2 weeks old. His wife couldn't handle it and I raised his children. He was murdered. Try to untangle that web.

That's why you are raising your grandchildren. That's incredibly hard. I don't think I could ever untangle that web. You're an amazing mom and grandma! Hugs and blessings!

Oh so sorry to hear of this - three within twelve months is hard. But yes it's a lovely thought that while the chain is broken down here, it is being all linked again up there. Linda will appreciate your thrill and compassionate verses.

Yes, and we left behind are suffering the loss. But I do believe the links are healed There with us there, too since there is no time in Heaven. Thanks again, Wendy!
    Hugs!

What a horrible unexpected death! Into the hospital with an I texted hand...only to succumb to a heart attack! It's hard to understand God's will sometimes... Linda is in my prayers!

Thank you so much for your prayers, Karenina! That's the best give we can give them now. Peace and unity be upon them because you know the chaos of "what if we had done ..." thoughts will bring.
    Hugs!!
