Ciao , I just saw this challenging format and was surprised to see you entered.
Personally , I think it s more than an acrostic poem cause the longer the word the more merit the poet should receive.

What a cute and happy little guy. Simply adorable and I can tell you love dogs. Great picture, great color and contrast. Great wording! This could be on a poster.

You have chosen very appropriate descriptive words for the attributes of a golden Labrador. My only suggestion is regarding punctuation... I think you should put commas in the last line after golden and devoted. (You have them in the first line so you might as well be consistent.) The photo is perfect.
